Blackhawk 2007 Dealer Price Levels & Program

Dealer: (New Dealer)

Requirements:
Submit an application for dealership and a copy of one of either a Retail Sales License or Tax Exempt Number.
Show proof of either an archery pro shop or sporting goods retail outlet that is open to the general public andmaintain regular business hours.
Provide a copy of a yellow page phone listing or photograph of store front.
Place an opening order of $500; this may be broken into two ship dates.
Internet and mail order businesses must receive approval from management before an account will be established.

Volume Dealer:

Requirements:

Meet all of the requirements to become a Dealer.
Purchase $5,000 per year in products (based on previous years sales or is rebated to you once your sales exceed $5,000).
Maintain Blackhawks Published Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) on all products (see details below).
Benefits:
Volume Dealer level pricing (Dealer less 10%).
Complementary POP and advertising materials.
2 Co-op Shooting Staff Members (see details on next page).
1 Advisory Shooting Staff Member(see details on next Page).
Up to 2% of yearly sales Co-op advertising Credit Allowance.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
MAP pricing is set for most Blackhawk arrows and can be found on page two of this dealer price list. Although it is notrequired that you comply with MAP pricing it is a requirement of the Volume Dealer program. Any dealer who is foundnot to be in compliance with the MAP pricing is subject to forfeiture all of benefits of the Volume Dealer programincluding: co-op advertising allowances, pricing discounts, pop materials and shooter staff member allowances.
